Santa Cruz Tours off the Beaten Path
The non-touristy thing to do in Santa Cruz. Come along on a 3.5 hour guided walking tour. We eat at four to six different spots and explore local history and architecture in the historic district. Our local guides take you off-the-beaten-track to places many locals haven't even visited.
Friday and Sunday Public Tours
We tour in Santa Cruz on Friday and Sunday afternoons. Our groups max out at 14 people. Not here on one of the days we tour? Book a private tour for 2 to 14 people any day of the week except Monday (based on availability). Looking for something to do with your book club, reunion group or corporate off-site? Check out our private tour page here.
We're not Touristy
Many tours are superficial and touristy. Not us. Ours are like meeting up with an old friend and having them expertly show you around the town for an afternoon. We visit the hidden side of downtown and provide context for our community and what shaped it. That's why 55% of our guests are locals.
Visiting from out of town? There is no better way to become a temporary local than to come along with us.
Food, History & Architecture
Yup, we dive into Santa Cruz history and Victorian architecture in two historic districts downtown. Don't get us wrong, we love food, but learning and exploring in-between food stops is even better. You can digest between restaurants and fill up your head along with your tummy. Come hungry for exploration....leave full.
Tour Early in Your Stay
Tour at the beginning of your trip so you can find great new places to go back to. There's both good and bad information online these days. Sifting through it all and knowing what places are worth your time can be tough. We live here, we've explored it all, and we know where to take you.
